SALARY MANAGEMENT

salary administration and  importance  is that studying the pay scale for workers and can consider whether the payments are made ​​in accordance with the responsibilities functions efforts during working hours, hence, its relevance not only in labor but also personal process.

The salary has always been the engine of the worker not only remuneration for their work but also to increase their standard of living, therefore a good consideration for their services is essential for individual and collective development. As talent managers need to know the factors that make a good study of wages in the organization not only for future employment but to bring it to our practice and contribute to the development of the socio-economic environment.
