HUMAN TALEN MANAGEMENT AND SOCIETY

Human talent is a challenge that today's public and private organizations have adopted, as it helps them to raise living standards of its employees, since all organizations have their base premium, people. In our society looks like everyday human talent becomes such a fundamental process in each of the organizations and as internal and external customers are increasingly satisfied with our services as managers of human talent.

so it is important to have this resource within organizations, thus achieving socially desirable goals, particularly those pursuing companies and workers inside, should be visible in ways that are adequately addressed the aspirations of each party ; if the company wins, workers must also win.
